We built an AI-powered conversational tool for NASA to help them facilitate a smoother experience for inter-departmental communications. The tool uses Natural Language Processing to understand the queries raised by users and parses the available data to construct valid and accurate responses to the query. The customizability in creating multiple chatbots using drag and drop interface helped our customers to create chatbots to provide quick information to their employees based on their queries.
